VaasaCC is the northern most cricket club actively playing competitive cricket in Finland. The club was registered with the Finnish Cricket Association (FCA) in late 2006.

In 2007 VaasaCC took part in their first ever Indoor tournamanent in Turku and also competed in the T20 tournamanent organised by the FCA.

It was a proud year for VaasaCC as we missed very closely to take part in the T20 Finals, but were nonetheless proud to end up fourth in the entire tournament in our very first year!

VaasaCC is actively preparing for 2008, we have skipped the indoor tournament in Turku this year due to the conflicting schedule for various of our team members.

But we are focussing our efforts to the newly formend 40 over league tournament that will begin at the start of summer of 2008. This again is something new the cluband we are looking forward to this challenge with excitment.

We train regularly every week, and if you feel you would like to join us on a friendly basis or would like to try out for the team to take part in the tournament, feel free to drop by for one of our weekly training sessions.
